We currently occupy a 150 seat call centre with the ability to expand to 1000 seats. Our legal department currently comprises a staff compliment of 35 individuals who are all expertly trained on the Magistrate’s Court Act and the National Credit Act. We pride ourselves on being experts within this field due to our extensive involvement in the industry, which ensures that we are always kept abreast of any new legislation that affects the business of our clients.

At our core, we are especially aware of the new Consumer Protection Act and Protection of Personal Information Act - and prepared for the fact that this will impact the business of our clients.

HTN has a dedicated Customer Care department who handle all incoming enquiries professionally and efficiently. We are also supported by a very competent Finance department and highly advanced IT development, IT technical and Business Intelligence teams. Our dedicated Debt Review and Administration team are methodically trained on section 86 of the National Credit Act, 34 of 2005 and section 74 of the Magistrate’s Court Act, 32 of 1944. This team attends to the entire Debt Review and Administration process on behalf of clients who instruct us to do so.

We have access to a variety of databases and have a focused Tracing Team who are able to swiftly locate the details and whereabouts of a debtor, in real-time, when the need arises.
